This website offers visitors soccer merchandise and souvenirs. By accessing or using the website of our service, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

When buying an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process.

Seattle World Soccer reserves the right to reject or cancel any order for the following reasons:
1. The item is no longer available or in stock.
2. Your billing information is not correct or verifiable.
3. Your order has been suspected of fraudulent activity.
4. We could not deliver to the address provided on your order.
5. Force majeure (unforeseeable circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order).
6. In the event of misspelling, pricing, or other errors or mistakes in the website information.

We reserve the right to change the price of a product or merchandise at any time without any forewarning. Any orders placed prior to this change cannot be amended to the revised and current price.

The Service and all materials therein or transferred thereby, including, without limitation, software, images, text, graphics, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, videos, music and all Intellectual Property Rights related thereto, are the exclusive property of Seattle World Soccer.
